The Yellow Pages app enables users to locate businesses, companies and products in Ghana and can be accessed on any android device from any location in the world.
The app, which will be the primary source of information for everyone looking for complete business information in Ghana, features a smart, lean interface to aid quick search by busy people and a comprehensive compilation by researchers.
To keep up with an internet savvy generation, the CEO of Explainer DC, Betty Enyonam Kumahor said “We wanted to bring the power of this platform to even more people in Ghana and so just 6 weeks ago started building a Yellow Pages Android app. We are proud that it launched on Google Playstore this week”
In addition to the neat layout, descriptive icons and user-friendly onscreen directions, users can locate the closest restaurant, clinic or ATM in Ghana with a simple tap and it’s free to download.
A prime example of companies benefiting from the new Android Yellow Pages app, would be Royal Garden Egg Enterprise, a dairy production company based in Dormaa in the Brong Ahafo Region.
Ironically, its largest demand comes from the capital, in the Greater Accra Region, dispatching 180,000 eggs per month to Accra. According to its owners, its customers make contact via Yellow Pages and more so every day.
This falls perfectly in line with the objectives of Explainer DC. “We have been impressed by the silent marketplace driven by Yellow Pages Ghana.
The website alone has over 36,000 unique visitors every month.
