Telecom operators are expected to receive heavy backlash from subscribers over poor quality services at tomorrow’s telecoms breakfast knowledge forum.
Tomorrow’s forum, which is the fifth in the series of events, is aimed at informing subscribers about the industry.
There will also be a panel discussion with representatives from the various telcos who will seek to respond to public concerns on pertinent issues surrounding billing, service delivery, and data surge among others.
The forum which will take place at the Holiday Inn from 8am will be aired live on Citi 97.3 FM from 9 am.
