Kokui Selormey is an award winning presenter, producer, voiceover artist and singer, who has quickly forged a distinctive niche as a talented entertainment and media personality in Ghana.

Kokui is the co-host of Ghana’s leading breakfast TV show, This Morning on Viasat 1.

Her warm personality and strong grasp of topical issues, has led to the show winning multiple industry awards since its inception in 2012.

Her past broadcast exploits include hosting Classic Citi, a weekly classical music radio show and presenting the highly acclaimed public service TV program, Healthline.

In addition to her presenting skills, Kokui is also a well-known and gifted classical singer who regularly uses her vocal talents to support and raise funds for charitable causes.

Her singing has taken her to concert venues across the United States and Ghana with a repertoire ranging from Western classical music to traditional Ghanaian melodies.

Her musical projects include Nubian Noel, an album of popular Christmas songs with legendary South African musician Hugh Masekela.

In the near future, Kokui plans to embark on a new musical project with a fusion of African traditional music and her unique singing style.

A product of the Ridge Church School and Holy child Secondary School, this versatile performer received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music and Theatre from one of America’s top performing arts establishments, Spelman College in Atlanta.

She has a keen interest in efforts being made to ensure that Ghana achieves the United Nations Millennium Development Goals 4 and 5, to reduce child mortality and improve maternal health in her home country.

A true entertainer at heart, Kokui currently splits her time between television and radio presenting, performing, event hosting and building her brand as a multitalented African artist.

In her spare time, she enjoys pursuing a lifestyle of holistic happiness and spending time with her husband and three sons.
