Each year, government loses about GHc 300 million to open defecation and other sanitation related problems.

A World Bank project dubbed, Greater Accra Metropolitan Area (GAMA) Sanitation and Water Project is aimed at providing all households in Accra without toilet facilities with at least, a toilet at half price. So how is the project being implemented?
