Jacob Osei Yeboah, the only Independent presidential candidate who will be contesting the 2016 elections in December, has advised supporters of all the three qualified political parties to prepare for defeat, as he is poised to surprise them by emerging victorious.
Speaking to Citi News, Osei Yeboah, who’s making his second attempt after contesting in 2012 with less than one per cent of the valid votes cast, said “we’ll arrange with the health officials in this country for them to arrange for ambulances in the houses of President Mahama and that of Nana Akufo-Addo because they are going to receive the shock of their lives because I will be winning.”

The EC disqualified 13 presidential aspirants from contesting in the December polls for their inability to appropriately fill their nomination forms.
The EC however cleared the National Democratic Congress’ John Mahama, the New Patriotic Party’s Nana Akufo-Addo, the Convention People’s Party’s (CPP), Ivor Kobina Greenstreet and Jacob Osei Yeboah, an independent candidate to contest in the polls.
Mr. Osei Yeboah said he is optimistic Ghanaians will vote massively for him in on December 7.
“Just as a lot of people were shocked when they realized that I have sailed through, it is the same shock, on the 7th of December they will experience,” he said.
‘Campaign and manifesto launch’
Jacob Yeboah said all was set for his manifesto launch and outdooring of his running mate on October 28.
He said the manifesto captures the key areas his government will focus on to transform Ghana’s economy and ensure development if elected info office.
“Our manifesto has always stated the best practices, the best policies for this country and definitely and that is what Ghanaians will find out when we launch it,” he said.
