Award-winning Ghanaian rapper and songwriter, M.anifest, is set to take over the music arena in Geneva on July 6 as the opening act for the Summer Series, Musique en ete.
The artiste will use the occasion to outdoor some of songs that are on ‘Nowhere cool,’ his yet to be released album.
He will be backed by Kwame Yeboah and the Oby band.
‘Nowhere Cool’ is a narrative-based exploration of the idea that “the grass is always greener,” against a musical backdrop which is an ambitious and progressive fusion of hip hop and music of Ghanaian origin.
M.anifest is finishing up the studio album and he says that the album is about his journey in life and music.
“’It’s my most involved work till date and speaks to the ups and downs of my journey in life and music thus far,” he said.
