Turkish President Recep Tayyip Ergogan will address Ghana’s Parliament today [Tuesday].
The address forms part of Mr. Ergogan’s two-day state visit to Ghana.
This is the second time a Turkish leader would be addressing Ghana’s Parliament.
President Erdogan’s address, according to Ms Kate Addo, the Deputy Director of Public Affairs of Parliament, is expected to cover issues of bilateral trade and political relations between Turkey and Ghana.
Issues of migration and employment between the two countries are also expected to take the centre stage of his address to the House.
President Erdoğan who was in Ghana on Monday is expected to hold joint press conference with President John Dramani Mahama and also address a Business Forum.
President Erdoğan will also join President Mahama to cut sod for the official commencement of work on a new terminal building at the Kotoka International Airport.
President Mahama and his wife, Lordina, will later host an Official State Luncheon in honour of President Erdoğan and his wife at the State Banquet Hall.
