Hearts of Oak’s problems looks to have taken another twist with reports that general manager Gerald Ankrah has resigned.
According to reports, Ankrah is fed up with the power play at the club after the board appointed a Strategic Management Committee headed by Vincent Sowah-Odotei.
Ankrah, who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), decided to quit ahead of a board meeting on Monday evening.
He was appointed in September 2014 to replace Neil Amstrong-Mortagbe as Hearts of Oak CEO.
