Haus of Revelation, a contemporary Gospel music ministry, held an outreach at the Nsawam Female Prison where they donated solar lamps to the administration of the prison to aid in their operations.
The inmates were also treated to a wonderful time of worship and refreshment as they were admonished to embrace God’s love and forgiveness, and to hope for the best in spite of their current circumstance.
The officer-in-charge of the prison expressed her gratitude to the ministry for their kind gesture. She used the opportunity to call on other organizations to also support them as they play a crucial role in the development of the nation.
The director of Haus of Revelation, Elorm Mensa, commended the prison service for their dedication and professionalism. He added that, it is important for our prisons to operate as rehabilitation centres and not condemnation outlets, hence the need to ensure that all facilities that will be required are made available.
The outreach forms part of Haus of Revelation’s mandate to positively influence society with the love of God.
