Rocky Dawuni is the first Ghanaian to be nominated for a Grammy award. Rocky made it in the ‘Reggae Album of the Year’ category with the acclaimed album, ‘Branches of The Same Tree’ under Cumbancha Label. He will be contesting with other internationally-recognized artistes like Barrington Levy, Luciano, Jah Cure and Morgan Heritage for the honor. He has been named one of Africa’s Top 10 global stars by CNN. – By: Jeffrey Owuraku Sarpong/citifmonline.com/Ghana Follow @OJSarpong
