The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has suspended its scheduled primaries in six constituencies.
These constituencies are Akwatia, Ketu South, North Tongu, Nkwanta South, Bunkpurugu and the Chiana Paga.

Three Ministers of State, Fiifi Kwettey, Baba Jamal and Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa have been affected by the latest development.
Meanwhile the party has indicated that all electoral materials have been dispatched to the various constituencies of the country ahead of tomorrow’s elections.
It says agents for President Mahama and those contesting parliamentary seats have been issued accreditation cards to monitor the elections.
In a related development, the party’s advertised Special Voting scheduled for today is yet to begin.
The party says it is awaiting the Electoral Commission to carry out the process for some selected members of the party.
