Waterville Holdings Limited in 2009 dragged the government of Ghana to court for what it claimed was an outstanding amount of money owed it.
The suit was filed after the company abrogated its contract with the State as far as August 2006.
According to the Sole Commissioner’s latest report on Judgement Debts, the company in its suit demanded a total amount of €36. 68 million to be paid to it.
