All roads in the capital on last Saturday led to the Banquet Hall of the State House in Accra because highlife King Abrantee Amakye Dede stormed the place to perform alongside Ivorian music giant, Freddy Meiway.
Dubbed ‘African Legends Nights,’ the much-hyped annual musical event which was expected to be one of the biggest and finest shows this year lived to the billing as all the performers gave the audience classical live band music.
The show opened up with Dela Hayes and her all-female band followed by Trigmatic who was the youngest act on the bill.
