The Ministry of Interior has reviewed the curfew hours in the Northern Regional towns of Bimbila, Nankpanduri and Bunkprugu.
The curfew hours are from 10pm to 4am in Nakpanduri, 4pm to 6am in Bunkpurugu and 6pm to 6am in Bimbilla.
This was contained in a statement signed by sector Minister, Mark Woyongo.
Government is thus urging chiefs, opinion leaders, youth and people of the areas to exercise restraint in the face of challenges confronting them and to use non-violent means to channel their energies into ensuring peace in the area.
Meanwhile, there is a total ban on all persons in the Nakpanduri Township and its environs including Kpatritinga, Bonbila, Borgni, Boatirrigu and Sakogu communities from carrying arms, ammunition or any offensive weapon.
The statement says any person found with arms and ammunition would be arrested.
Meanwhile, the ministry has also reviewed the curfew hours for the Volta Region towns of Alavanyo and Nkonya.
The curfew hours are from 6pm to 6am and takes effect from the 25th of September, 2015.
