Ghana’s Black Queens have qualified to the finals of the 2015 All-Africa Games after defeating Cote d’ Ivoire 1-0.
United States-based attacker Samira Suleiman put the Queens ahead in the 15th minute.
The solitary strike proved enough to hand Yusif Basigi’s side a vital win over their West African counterparts at the Kintele Stadium.
Ghana now awaits the winner of the other semi-final match between Cameroon and Nigeria.
The Black Queens are hoping to better their silver medal feat in the last edition of the competition four years ago.
