Bond savings and loans says it is confident its new deposit mobilization drive can help reduce the country’s more than 60% unbanked population.
The Asetenapa promotion seeks to reward customers who open and operate either a savings or current account with Bond.
The Senior Manager in Charge of Corporate Banking at Bond, Elizabeth Blankson in an interview with Citi Business News said the promotion runs from August 1 to December 31.
Customers who are able to deposit a minimum of 300 cedis in their accounts for 30
days would receive various rewards at the end of every month till the end of the year.
While customers who build up their accounts with a minimum of 5,000 cedis would earn 7% per annum on their accounts.
Bond is expected to give out rewards including TV sets, deep freezers, shopping vouchers, fuel coupons, power banks, branded T Shirts, Aprons, Bookmarks and Wax prints.
