Black Stars defender Harrison Afful has left Tunisian club Esperance after 6 years.
The club and player could not come to an agreement on a possible extension on the player’s contract which expired on the 30th of June this year.
The 29-year old played for the “Blood and Gold” in their opening CAF Confederations Cup match against Al-Ahly in Egypt but as things stand, the Ghanaian is exiting the club.
The player is said to be looking at offers from several clubs and sources close to the player say some clubs in the Middle East have shown interest in picking up for the former Asante Kotoko and Gomoa Feyenoord player.
Afful won the Tunisian League 5 times and the CAF Champions League in 2011 with Esperance.
