It is safe to say Christian Atsu’s time in England hasn’t been the most successful but it appears he will get a second chance to prove himself in arguably the world’s best league.
English Premier League Champions, Chelsea have agreed to loan the 23-year-old to newcomers Bournemouth for next season.
According to the English club, the deal is subject to Premier League approval, but it is extremely likely that the player will line up for Eddie Howe’s side ahead of the 2015/2016 season.
Atsu spent last season on loan at Everton, where he endured a torrid time, starting only 8 games in all competitions for the club.
The former Porto player failed to score in any of the 16 games he played in, assisting only once in the Premier League.
The player will be hoping for a better time at Bournemouth who will be playing in the top flight for the first time next season.
