Embattled hip-life artiste, Kwaw Kese will spend this year’s Christmas in jail after being denied bail for the fourth consecutive time.

Kwaw Kese has been charged for allegedly smoking a substance suspected to be Indian hemp in public.
He was arrested by the Police in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region at a drinking spot close to the popular ‘+2 Pub’ in Nhyiaeso.
The case was Monday, adjourned to Tuesday, December 23 because Kwaw Kese was not well.
Earlier, the prosecutor told the court that the results conducted on the substance allegedly used by Kwaw Kese proved to be Indian hemp.
Some musicians including Samini, Sonnie Badu have pleaded for Kwaw Kese to be pardoned.
Meanwhile, the hip-life artiste has begun an intensive campaign against the use of narcotic drugs by the youth.
The campaign is dubbed ‘Say No To Drugs Campiagn.’
