This was in anticipation of a huge regional conference slated for Saturday November 8, 2014.
The exercise was conducted despite a court injunction placed on the Regional Secretary and Treasurer positions.
Two aggrieved disqualified aspirants vying for the regional Secretary and Treasurer positions on Thursday secured an interlocutory injunction on the two positions.

His Deputy at the regional GYEEDA secretariat, Abdul Mumin Mohammed secured 20 votes.
The third contender, Abdulai Saani Zoggu polled only three votes whilst four delegates were absent.
The election was supervised by some of the old NDC regional executives because the Electoral Commission boycotted the event.
Sources at the regional Electoral Commission confirmed to Citi News they received a court summon restricting them from associating with the regional Secretary and Treasurer Elections.
A source at the NDC regional secretariat said the leadership had not received the court summon.
