Sammy, Ghanaians are having their passports illegally seized by the Home Office of the Uk when they make applications. British law forbids the Home Office from seizing passports unless they are proved to be forged. I know of 18 Ghanaians who we are legally representing who have all had their passports seized.

In each case the Ghanaian embassy only attested to the fact that those passports were issued by the embassy and are not forged. That was all the help our clients recieved from the Ghanaian embassy.

Please spare us this narcotism about the High Commission… they are visiting her because her case “interests” the Ghanaian government.

what are u talking about Sammy??do u know the number of ghanaians elsewhere(including UK) who have been busted for similar crimes or even lesser ones who haven’t had the privilege of this uncalled for visit??so why this particular one.is she a diplomat in that sense to be awarded such privilege??u better advice me now

Well if she has a Ghanaian passport too like we are told, doesn’t that make her a Ghanaian and thus will need the assistance of our High commission?…We cant talk about the Austrians because am not sure we know what they are doing about it. lets just do our part!
