The Association of Ghana industries (AGI) is calling for the enactment of a law that will force all businesses in the informal sector to be registered with an association in order to identify them for tax purposes.

Research Officer with the AGI, John Defoe says there is a lot of revenue that can be raked in from the informal sector if this law is passed.
