The Chairman of the Premier League Board, Welbeck Abra-Appiah says the PLB has no idea when the 2014/2015 First Capital Plus Bank premier league will start.
“Nobody can think of anything concerning the league at the moment. There is a problem in court that must be sorted out first,” he told allsports.com.gh
“I can’t tell you when the league will start,” Abra-Appiah said.
The League was scheduled to have begun on 21st September, 2014 after the FA congress, but Alhaji Karim Gruzah placed an injunction with claims that his club [King Faisal] is not relegated.
The Ghana Premier League is still on recess due to the injunction place on its commencement by bank roller of King Faisal, Alhaji Karim Gruzah.
Alhaji Gruzah is challenging the decision to relegate King Faisal.
According to the PLB there is nothing anyone can do concerning the league until the injunction is lifted.
Great Olympics, BA United, and Feyenoord are the clubs to replace the relegated teams.
