The Volta Regional Police Commander DCOP Peterkin Gyinaie who confirmed the chief’s arrest to Citi News said the he will be processed for court for breaching a court order.
“The Municipal Security Committee had placed an injunction against his going there, but he managed to go there and this morning out of that there was a commotion in the town so we had to bring him down for him to explain why the Court had ruled that he should exercise patience and not go there but contravened the order,”he explained.
