Some Journalists in Tamale have blacklisted one of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Presidential hopefuls, Alan John Kwadwo Kyeremanteng for snubbing them during his visit to Tamale on Thursday August 7, 2014.

What incurred their wrath was Alan Kyeremanteng’s decision to ignore them upon his late arrival to address the media prior to his meeting with party delegates at the Mafara Hotel in Tamale.

By the invitation of his Local Coordinators in Tamale, Alan Kyeremanteng was scheduled to address the media at 3 pm.

Upon his arrival at 5 pm, the NPP Presidential Hopeful snubbed the media and went straight to meet a few of the northern delegates behind closed doors.

Some of the Journalists who could not contain Alan Kyeremanteng’s conduct angrily left the venue.

Others who had already alerted their editors about the meeting patiently waited till 8 pm when one of Alan Kyeremanteng’s boys came out to give them GHC20 with the indication that the NPP Presidential hopeful was not ready for any media engagement.

Some of the angry Journalists vowed to blacklist Alan Kyeremanteng anytime he visited the Northern Region.

What baffled most of them was his Spokesperson, Nana Ohene Ntow’s attempt to speak to them on his Boss’ behalf.

Meanwhile, majority of the NPP Northern Regional executives including the regional Chairman, Daniel Bugri Naabu boycotted Alan Kyeremanteng’s meeting with the party delegates.
