A New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential candidate hopeful, Nana Akufo-Addo is wishing all final year Junior High School students who are preparing to take the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) the very best of luck.
In a statement, Nana Addo stressed that “education is a matter of the greatest importance to the prosperity and welfare of any society.”
He therefore advocated for “quality and accessible education” which he says “is the key to Ghana’s future.”
“I believe that a society that aims to transform itself into a modern productive player in the global market, as we in Ghana must seek to do, can only do so with education and skills training of its young people,” he added.
The exam is set to being in Monday, 16th June to Friday, 20th June, 2014.
