Ecobank Ghana has opened the first Digital and Financial Service Advisory Centre at Labone in Accra.
The Ecobank Direct service will enable the bank’s tech-savvy customers to benefit from the convenience of real-time digital transactions since its advanced software and hardware give customers control of their banking transactions.
Managing Director of Ecobank Ghana, Samuel Ashitey Adjei, commenting on the facility said: “The launch of Ecobank’s digital branch and financial advisory centre is set to change the landscape of banking in Ghana. It offers customers a unique experience which provides both control of their banking and financial freedom.”
The Digital Centre has a private and enclosed video conference suite to access expert advice in real-time from staff located at other branches and offices, locally and across the network.
The Centre also will provide 24-hour telephone banking access to the Ecobank Contact Centre for product and services enquiries.
Special guest of honour at the event, Vice President Paa Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur, commended Ecobank Ghana for its efforts at taking banking services to new heights in the country and pledged Government’s support for such initiatives.
