The newly appointed Northern Regional Minister, Limuna Mohammed Mumuni has rejected accusations that President Mahama has appointed his kinsmen to key positions in his government.

President Mahama has been accused of sidelining other tribes and filling his Presidency with Gonjas.

But speaking to Citi News after commissioning a number of projects in the Saboba district of the Northern Region, Limuna Mohammed Mumuni said the President is interested in working with everybody irrespective of their tribe.

“People keep on polarizing everything, they keep on making issues out of politics.”

According to him, there are only three ministers in the country who are Gonjas.
