Algeria defender Aïssa Mandi will not want to remember this weekend.
His Reims side met leaders Paris St Germain in the French Ligue 1 on Saturday and he twice scored into his own net. PSG finished the game 3-0 winners.
Both goals by the France-born right-back came at both ends of the second half.
Uruguayan striker Edinson Cavani gave PSG the lead in the 43rd minute, and Mandi doubled the advantage when a PSG header crashed against the post before ricocheting off him into the net in the 48th minute.
The unfortunate youngster again scored against his club in the 89th minute when he mistakenly volleyed past his own goalkeeper.
Mandi has one cap for Algeria – a full shift in last month’s 2:0 friendly triumph over Slovenia in Blida.
