The General Overseer and Presiding Bishop of Christian Action Faith Ministries, Archbishop Nicholas Duncan Williams on Monday once again prayed for the President, and the country, asking God to preserve Ghanaians.

The Archbishop recently came under heavy criticism when he prayed commanding Ghana’s falling currency to rise.

In the prayer, he asked God to “block and override strange happenings that have been released to cause continuous turbulence during President Mahama’s term of presidency in the country.”

He was praying at a Breakfast prayer meeting with the President .

The prayer meeting was attended by members of the Christian Council and other members of the clergy to discuss the upcoming national week of prayer and fasting.

“As Winston Churchill said, you will never arrive at your destiny, if you keep stopping and throwing stones at every dog that barks at you. We pray that he will not be distracted but that he will stay focus and that he will remember each day the promises he made during the time of election to the people of this country. And yea that he will be empowered with Supernatural capabilities to deliver his promise without fail. We interrupt all distractions, we interrupt every interference.”
