Citi Sports understands that Ayittey Powers has pulled out of his much-talked about April 18 fight with Bukom Banku.

Powers says the Holy Spirit has told him the date is not favorable.

It is not yet clear what the legal ramifications will be, however, Powers has declared that the promoters cannot sue him.

His reasoning is that Box Office Promotions also pushed the original April 26 date to the current Good Friday date.

Deliverance

This past weekend, the popular Ghanaian boxer was ‘delivered of demonic possession’ by the Synagogue Church Of All Nations (SCOAN) founded by Prophet T.B. Joshua.

A video on Youtube shows one of T.B. Joshua’s ‘Wise Men’ quizzing the boxer during the church’s live Sunday service in Lagos.

The boxer is set to face his rival, Braimah Kamoko popularly known as Bukom Banku at the Accra Sports Stadium
