President John Dramani Mahama in his third State of the Nation address touched on a myriad of issues \u00a0from the economy to power, announcing government’s plans\u00a0to invest GH\u00a21 billion in roads across the country.<\/p>\n
This according to President Mahama is the single largest intervention in the road sector in the history of Ghana.<\/p>\n
“…\u00a0The project would see investments of about GH\u00a21 billion in roads commencing this year and ending in 2019 during my second term in office. These projects will be funded with a mix of Cocoa Infrastructure Fund financing and government of Ghana budgetary support,” he said.<\/p>\n
