According to him, government should seek further interpretation and permission from Parliament \u00a0if it still wants to maintain Portuphy as the NADMO Cordinator.<\/p>\n
\u201c\u2026We have to go Parliament for the Speaker to appoint a Committee and then look at the situation and come out and tell us that it is ok for you to hold this position\u2026he cannot hold both positions at the same time\u201d<\/p>\n
Mr. Portuphy was elected the National Chiarman of the NDC in 2014.<\/p>\n
