The signing ceremony took place in Beijing recently.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">IPMC used Huawei devices such as W1 windows phone as part of their mobile based unified communication Microsoft Lync solution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Huawei technical training center is also working on details to promote Mobile apps development within the student body of IPMC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Speaking at the event, the Vice President of Huawei Mr Wan Biao acknowledged IPMC&#8217;s leadership in West Africa and the company\u2019s contribution to ICT development.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On his part, Chief Executive Officer of IPMC, Amar Deep S.
