She added that without investments in training, it would be very difficult for organisations to execute business strategies to have the competitive edge.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor you to get the best out of your business, you need to get the best out of your people. Our corporate training is distinct in the sense that it is aimed at achieving \u2018promotable employees\u2019, boosting the confidence and increasing behavioural change for all participants, which is vital for any workforce. The bottom line is enabling sustainable transformation for the organisation,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>She added that the only difference between products and services are the people delivering them. \u201cEnsuring that your employees are trained to a high standard will guarantee your business position above your competitors.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>CWG\u2019s training curricula cover a broad spectrum of IT, including Storage Consolidation, Virtualisation, Networking, Service Management (ITIL), Hardware, and Security and Operating Systems such as Windows and Linux.<\/p>\n<p>Working in partnership with leading global ICT players such as Oracle, NetApp, EMC, IBM, Symantec, Cisco, Microsoft, VMWare, Hp and Dell, she said the company is ensuring its curricula and training approaches are aligned with international standards of these original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).<\/p>\n<p>The company is a subsidiary of pan-African information communication technology company Computer Warehouse Group (CWG) Plc. It is a full-service IT company providing products and services that cut across the ICT value chain of hardware, software and communications in Africa. CWG has been in operation in Ghana for over 10 years, offering solutions to corporate and public service institutions.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Yartey said the corporate training service began in response to meeting the needs of learning and development objectives of various customers in both the corporate and public sector.<\/p>\n<p>Situated at Osu Badu Street, Airport West residential area, the company\u2019s training facility is designed to house up to 20 people and offers the opportunity to expand the knowledge base of all IT employees of corporate bodies.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Yartey said: \u201cCWG corporate training is a mixed learning course that supports the development and growth of organisations through the principles and philosophy of impacting on the customers\u2019 business outcomes and bottom-line results.
