Former Attorney General and Minister of Jusitice, Betty Mould Iddrisu has been elected as Vice chair person in the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC).<\/p>\n
[contextly_sidebar id=”VoZpbpKZ99fyJssbCPG09eZqCLzGZwEr”]She was elected along with six others by delegates of the NDC in Kumasi.<\/p>\n
The others include, former Local Government Minister, Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, Harry Zakour, Anita De-Sosoo, Alhaji Said Sinare and Ambassador Lee Ocran.<\/p>\n
The delegates voted for the six persons out of the fifteen candidates that contested for the position.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Kofi Portuphy, the National Coordinator of the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) was elected as the new chairman of the party with about 2,457 votes.<\/p>\n
Kofi Adams has also been elected as the new National Organizer for the NDC.<\/p>\n
