The National Democratic Congress(NDC) will head to court today [Monday] to defend itself against a suit filed by Member of Parliament(MP) for Afram Plains North, Emmanuel Aboagye Didieyie who is seeking an injunction on the party’s impending National Delegates\u2019 Congress.<\/p>\n
The MP, who is vying for the party\u2019s National Organiser position filed the processes after the party\u2019s General Secretary, Asiedu Nketia announced a decision by the party\u2019s Electoral Committee that he has withdrawn from the race.<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n According to Aboagye Didieyie, he was unjustifiably disqualified by the party\u2019s Vetting Committee.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n But the Deputy General Secretary of the NDC, George Lawson has said the party took a decision against the MP because he failed to satisfy the party with regards to the filling of his forms.<\/p>\n
