A Commercial Court presided over by her ladyship, Justice Janapare Bartels-Kodwo has adjourned the case in which three Members of Parliament (MPs) are challenging the 700 million loan acquisition by the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation(GNPC) to December, 11, 2014.<\/p>\n
The three MPs suing the GNPC for bypassing Parliament to secure 700 million dollar loan facility are the Deputy Chair of the Public Accounts Committee, Atta Akyea, the Member of Parliament for Manhyia, Matthew Opoku Prempeh, and the Ranking Member of the Finance Committee of Parliament, Dr. Anthony Akoto-Osei.<\/p>\n
