{"id":72186,"date":"2014-12-07T16:35:43","date_gmt":"2014-12-07T16:35:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/?p=72186"},"modified":"2014-12-08T06:27:06","modified_gmt":"2014-12-08T06:27:06","slug":"mp-threatens-to-place-injunction-on-ndc-congress","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2014\/12\/mp-threatens-to-place-injunction-on-ndc-congress\/","title":{"rendered":"MP threatens to place injunction on NDC congress"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament (MP) for Afram Plains North, Emmanuel Aboagye Didieye is threatening to secure a court injunction on the party&#8217;s impending National Delegates\u2019 Congress to elect new national officers.<\/p>\n<p>Emmanuel Aboagye Didieye who is vying for the position of National Organizer of the party says there is an orchestrated attempt to disqualify him.<\/p>\n<p>[contextly_sidebar id=&#8221;9E2oCxtivdeCnkiGee4tq8BREiLDqvyi&#8221;]Aboagye Didieye was cited as<span style=\"color: #666699;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #666699;\" href=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/2014\/12\/04\/ndc-congress-six-aspirants-withdraw-race\/\" target=\"_blank\"> one of the six aspirants who withdrew from the race<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0by the party&#8217;s General Secretary Johnson Asiedu Nketia. <span style=\"color: #666699;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>But speaking to <strong>Citi News<\/strong>, the Afram Plains North MP said: \u201cI have never withdrawn and as such Im giving them an ultimatum up to Monday morning 10: 30.\u00a0I know all Ghanaians and every organization is under a Supreme Law which is guided by Ghana and as such, infact I may lose confidence in my National Executives.
