Dan Abodakpi, an aspiring Chairman for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has secured the\u00a0first spot on the ballot paper in the party’s upcoming national delegates congress.<\/p>\n
He has\u00a0described it as a sign of victory for his bid.<\/p>\n
[contextly_sidebar id=”uNpqhZ1GpDIoQnflHVGRmoFOT9yDu9jL”]After the balloting exercise held at the party\u2019s headquarters in Accra on Tuesday, Mr. Kofi Portuphy, Alhaji Huudu Yahaya and Dr. Kwabena Adjei(incumbent) picked the second, third and fourth positions respectively on the ballot paper.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe number one position is the hand of God at work,\u201d Mr. Abodakpi told journalists after the balloting exercise.<\/p>\n
While urging delegates to vote for him massively, he said “victory is at hand, and that the outcome of the December 20 congress would only be a manifestation of what God has already approved.”<\/p>\n
For the General Secretary position, Abdul Ishaq Farakan picked the first position followed by Asiedu Nketia (Incumbent).<\/p>\n
The first position for the Organiser slot was also picked by Kofi Adams followed by Aboagye Didieye with the third position picked by Yaw Boateng Gyan the incumbent organiser<\/p>\n
