If you read EOCO Act, if you read the LI 21.83, if you read the anti-money laundering Act and the anti-money laundering LI, nowhere in the law are there provisions of funds to be transferred to a so-called exhibit account.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the creation of the exhibit account by EOCO is unknown to the laws of Ghana adding that it only sets out to create \u201ca temporary denial of the funds to the owner.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Markin revealed his fears have been confirmed by the Auditor General \u201cwho raised the issue during the audits of the accounts.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWho audits the exhibit accounts?
