A former Commissioner of Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ), Emile Short has said the Chief Justice, Georgina Wood should be given ample time to take a decision on the current CHRAJ Boss, Lauretta Lamptey.<\/p>\n
In October, the Chief Justice, Georgina Theodora Wood was asked by President Mahama, to investigate and initiate processes if necessary,<\/span>\u00a0for the removal of Lauretta Lamptey as CHRAJ Commissioner.<\/p>\n [contextly_sidebar id=”D302gOI35voVwaHUA4knaP3aesUl0ccK”]Prior to the President\u2019s directive, two petitions were submitted to the Presidency for Ms Lamptey to be impeached following revelations that she spent $180,000 on rent<\/p>\n
