The Fast Track High Court hearing the trial of embattled businessman Alfred Agbesi Woyome, has adjourned proceedings to December 12, for judgement on the matter.<\/p>\n
The court officially ended its proceedings on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
[contextly_sidebar id=”OPPtFrNoDEDPSRWjnxR4lVywBCrC5k6a”]Mr Osafo Buabeng, lawyer for Mr Woyome told the court presided over by Mr Justice Ajet-Nasam that there would be no re-examination of his client.<\/p>\n
Mr Woyome is standing trial for defrauding by false pretenses and causing financial loss to the state<\/strong><\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n He pleaded not guilty to the charges and is on a GH\u20b5 20 million bail.<\/p>\n Mr Ajet-Nasam, therefore asked the parties involved in the case to apply for the proceedings and also file their addresses.<\/p>\n The judge said, he would give the parties some time to access the court proceedings.<\/p>\n
