The Minority Spokesperson on Legal and Constitutional Affairs, Joe Osei-Owusu has condemned the Bureau of National Investigations for questioning Citi FM <\/strong>Boss, Samuel Attah-Mensah without the presence of his lawyer.<\/p>\n Joe Osei-Owusu said the BNI\u2019s operatives violated Mr. Attah-Mensah’s basic constitutional rights was violated.<\/p>\n In an interview with Citi News<\/strong>, the Osei-Owusu who is also the Member of Parliament for Bekwai said it was time for the courts of the land to severely punish officers of the BNI who continue to break the nation\u2019s laws to serve as a deterrent to other errant security operatives.<\/p>\n
