the Court declined the bail request<\/a><\/strong><\/span> by lawyers of Alhaji Imoro bail when he appeared before the Court on November 3.<\/p>\nThe court ordered the BNI to allow Imoro\u2019s relatives and lawyers, to have access to him between 0800 hours and 1600 hours when he was remanded for the second time.<\/p>\n
It also ordered that Imoro should be given special diet on request and also, be sent to the Police Hospital for medical attention.<\/p>\n
During his appearance in court today, November, 17, Imoro was granted bail with conditions to provide three justified sureties with landed properties worth Gh\u023b1million collectively.<\/p>\n
Imoro has also been ordered to surrender his passport to the BNI and also to avail himself to the BNI every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and any other day that the BNI needs him.<\/p>\n
