The organisers of the Occupy Flagstaffhouse protests, say they are considering taking legal action against the Auditor-General and the Attorney-General to court, for failing \u00a0to retrieve state funds which were illegally paid to some individuals.<\/p>\n
The supreme court, in July, ruled that businessman, Alfred Agbesi Woyome was to\u00a0refund\u00a0Gh\u023b 51.2 million<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0to the state.<\/p>\n And though the Auditor General’s office had\u00a0initiated\u00a0moves to recover<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0the funds in August, no progress has apparently been made.<\/p>\n
