President John Dramani Mahama has appealed to the people of Bimbilla, Bawku, Alavanyo and other conflict prone areas to bury their differences and make sure peace prevail.<\/p>\n
He said conflicts and chieftaincy disputes only damage lives and properties and hinder development.<\/p>\n
Dagbon, Bawku, Nkonya and Alavanyo have had curfew imposed on their communities for months as a result of various ethnic and chieftaincy disputes.<\/p>\n
