A Ghanaian research and background investigations, FAKS Investigative Service is set to release its annual performance survey for Ministers in December.<\/p>\n
The Survey which begun in September 30, seeks the opinion of the public on how ministers have performed with the aim of making Ghanaians hold its public officials accountable.<\/p>\n
[contextly_sidebar id=”0WvT9jr4bYIClwXUgmfDt6Uw23pT1BIy”]The Chief Executive Officer of FAKS, Fred Yaw Sarpong told\u00a0Citi\u00a0 News<\/strong>\u00a0the research also gives Ghanaians the opportunity to rate the\u00a0 performance of their ministers.<\/p>\n \u201cThe best people to judge is the citizenry, they are the best people to judge whether this person is performing or whether this person is not performing\u201d<\/p>\n He said the Ministers’ performance will be ranked based on the final results that will emerge .<\/p>\n Various challenges being experienced in the educational sector compelled the Polytechnic Teachers Association of Ghana(POTAG) to call for the removal of both the Minister of Education, Nana Jane Opoku.. and her deputy, Okudzeto Ablakwa.<\/p>\n President Mahama was also compelled to\u00a0reshuffle<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0some of his Ministers to ensure maximum output.<\/p>\n
