New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential hopeful, Nana Akufo-Addo has picked the number one spot on the ballot paper which will be used during the party’s October 18 congress.<\/p>\n
The NPP on Friday conducted a balloting exercise for the three presidential aspirants who will be contesting to lead the NPP in the 2016 general elections.<\/p>\n
Two out of the five candidates who made it onto the final list of five; Kofi Osei Ameyaw<\/strong> <\/span><\/a>and Joe Ghartey<\/strong><\/span><\/a> have bowed out of the competition leaving only three candidates, Nana Akufo-Addo, Alan Kyeremanten and Francis Addai Nimoh.<\/p>\n The results from the balloting are; [contextly_sidebar id=”yeK5gS5E1KszIwesnpYQwuPlVxRXPHNz”]The information was contained in a press statement signed by the party’s General Secretary,\u00a0Kwabena Agyei Agepong.
