“One of the cardinal principles on which we enacted the Children\u2019s Act \u00a0has to do with child participation so clearly we cannot rule that out in any discussion,\u201dhe explained<\/p>\n
51 students col\u00adlapsed in the Tema Metropolis on Thursday morning during a parade to mark Ghana\u2019s 57th inde\u00adpendence anniversary celebration.<\/p>\n
Out of the number, 49 were stu\u00addents drawn from various schools in the Ashaiman Municipality who had converged at the Mandela Park for the parade<\/p>\n
In that regard, Mr. Appaih proposed that appropriate preparations \u00a0be made to prevent challenges that will hinder children from participating in such events.<\/p>\n
\u201c All things must be in order to ensure that children participate and participate well,\u201d he insisted.<\/p>\n
